TokST Local retirement

TokST Local has been retired. TokST now provides durable memory and shared context through Cloud MCP, while the optional CLI Runtime operates devices and Agent bindings for Sessions, explicit Tasks, Communication, and diagnostics.

Existing device data

Existing Local SQLite profiles, attachments, and backup directories remain on the device. TokST does not remove them during this retirement. The CLI no longer opens, exports, restores, synchronizes, or serves those profiles.

Connected Runtime devices retain a small encrypted local queue for sanitized delivery recovery. It is internal transport state and does not provide a local memory product.
